A few suggestions for delicious cocktails with our Riverside Rum

Riverside Rum Royal

  • 4 cl Riverside rum

  • 8 cl fruit juice (orange or pineapple)

  • 1 dash of Angostura bitters

  • 1 dash of grenadine syrup

  • Grated cinnamon

Put some ice cubes in a shaker and pour in the Riverside Rum, the Angostura bitters and the fruit juice. Shake until the sides are frozen. Strain through an ice strainer and serve in a chilled cocktail glass. Carefully add a splash of grenadine syrup. Garnish with an orange peel and sprinkle with a pinch of grated cinnamon. Enjoy!

Riverside Rum Sour

  • 4 cl of Riverside Rum 

  • 1.5 cl squeezed lime juice

  • 1 drizzle of cane sugar syrup

Put the ice cubes, the Riverside Rum, the squeezed lemon juice and the cane sugar syrup in the shaker. Shake until the walls are frozen. Filter through an ice strainer and pour into a cooled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and serve with a straw.

Riverside Rum Blue

  • 5 cl of Riverside Rum

  • 2 cl of blue curaçao

  • 2 cl squeezed lime juice

Put ice cubes in the shaker and add all the ingredients. Shake until the walls are frozen. Strain through an ice strainer and pour into a cooled cocktail glass, then stir lightly with a mixing spoon. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Riverside Rum Mai Tai

  • 6 cl of Riversid Rum

  • 3 cl of orange liqueur

  • 3 cl squeezed lime juice

  • 2 cl Almond syrup or Amaretto

  • 1 dash of grenadine syrup

Put ice cubes in the shaker and add all the ingredients. Shake until the walls are frozen. Pour into a cooled long-drink glass and add a few ice cubes.
